• Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12 noon. If you request a late checkout, a late departure fee may apply. Luggage storage for same day pick up is available at no charge
• Tax is additional at a current rate 14.75% and $3.50 occupancy tax per room per night. Taxes are subject to change and are the responsibility of the guest.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by 3pm EST two days prior to the arrival date, in order to avoid one night room and tax charge penalty.
• Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guest must present valid identification upon check-in.
• As payment, we accept cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Hotel 99 is 100% no smoking facility. Guest found to be smoking in guest rooms will be charged $100 for deep cleaning fee.
